The awards were run by the Scottish Borders Chambers of Commerce, with guest speaker Councillor Stuart Bell, BSC Executive Member for Economic Development. The SBCC chairman, Jack Clark, along with broadcaster and writer, Fiona Armstrong, co-hosted the event.
