RISE was delivered in partnership by CABN, Live Borders and the Joint Health Improvement Team (Scottish Borders Council/NHS Borders). This event took place to coincide with the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival – with events taking place across Scotland from 7 – 27 May 2018.
