The CABN Re-Imagining Place Conference, held at the Haining, Selkirk, 18th June 2015.
'Proposals for Engagement' examined new perspectives on the role of creative practice, public art and place making projects on regional culture, economy & policy. The one-day event presented current thinking and new perspectives around the value and role of imaginative place making projects to stimulate belonging, community engagement and stewardship.
It was an opportunity to listen to, discuss with and help shape future frameworks for innovative community engagement with some of the leading thinkers, makers and developers within the sphere of art within a public context.
